gTMMa allows to predict the sound absorption properties of porous materials
such as polymer foams or mineral wools.
gTMMa is written in ANSI C and is designed to run under multiple OS.

Change directory to the directory where the binary "gtmma" (lower case) is or add this directory to your path.
Simply type "gtmma path_to_an_input_file" to compute the response for an input file. (example: gtmma JCA_gap_JCA.in).
Each input file (identified by a ".in" extension) must contain 4 tags: a fluid, a layers, a spectrum and a conditions one.

<air_gap>: an air gap/plenum. The only parameter required is the layer thickness L.
<DB_material>: Delany-Bazley model. Parameters are the static air flow resistivity sigma (in N.s.m-4) and the layer thickness L.
<GP_material>: Garai-Pompoli model. Parameters are the static air flow resistivity sigma (in N.s.m-4) and the layer thickness L.
<JCA_material>: Johnson-Champoux-Allard model. Parameters are the static air flow resistivity sigma (in N.s.m-4), the open porosity phi, the high frequency limit of the tortuosity alpha, the viscous and thermal characteristic lengths (in meters) lambda and lambda_p respectively and the layer thickness L.
<JL_material>: Johnson-Champoux-Allard-Lafarge model. Parameters are the static air flow resistivity sigma (in N.s.m-4), the open porosity phi, the high frequency limit of the tortuosity alpha, the viscous and thermal characteristic lengths (in meters) lambda and lambda_p respectively, the thermal permeability k_p_0 (in m^2) and finally the layer thickness L.
